Lock Dates


Note:
Only users with the Practice Admin or Manager user role can change the lock date.

To change your Lock Date:

  1. From the main Spotlight screen, click the three dots on the far right of the organisation row, then choose Settings.
  1. Locate the Lock Date option and click the existing date, then select a new lock date.
  2. To save the changes, click Save.

All figures in Spotlight up to and including the lock date are no longer editable.  If you view these figures in Customise Data, they appear with a small padlock icon.


Note: This 'lock date' prevents data from being entered or imported for the period before the lock date.
