To add your organisation

From the main Spotlight screen, click the Add button. You’ll then be prompted to enter the following information:

  • Name - The name of the organisation. This will appear on the final report.
  • Location - An optional internal-only field. This doesn’t appear on the final report, but you can filter the organisation list via this option later if needed.
  • Internal ID - An optional internal-only field. As with the location, this doesn’t appear on the final report but you can use it to filter if needed.

Once you’ve entered the information you need, click Add Organisation.

Next, you need to choose the template to use for your report
