KPI planet
You can use the KPI planet page to compare multiple measures against target for the full year to date. The page includes a chart and a table showing the values used for the chart.
To change the accounts included
Note: Both standard accounts and custom accounts are avalable to include on this page. To set up a custom account, go to the Add data tab.
- From the Build report tab, click to customise the KPI planet page, then click the Customise button for the chart.
- In the Series tab, select the check boxes for the accounts you want to include, and clear the check boxes for any accounts you want to remove.
- To see the changes, click Update.
To change the type of chart
- From the Build report tab, click to customise the KPI planet page, then click the Customise button for the chart.
- From the Type drop-down list, choose the required chart type. There are two charts available:
Target Pie - This is the default format. Each account selected appears as a segment in the pie chart, with the size of the segment increasing based on how close the account is to target.
Target Bar - Each account appears as a bar, with the actual and target values appearing above. The bar fills depending on how close the account is to target.
- To see the changes, click Update.
