The Rankings page allows you to easily see the entities in your group compared against the measures that are important to your business. The pages utilizes six defaults KPIs.
To add the Rankings Page
The page already appears in the default templates, but if it doesn't appear in your report you can easily add it:
Open the Customise Layout tab, then click Add Page.
Enter a name for the page, for example Rankings Page.
From the Page Type screen, choose Rankings.
From the Insert After drop-down list, choose the page after which you want to insert the new page.
To add the page, click Save.
To amend the Rankings page
Edit the number of entities
From the Customise Layout tab, locate the Action Plan page, then click Customise.
Within the Rankings page, click Show Settings.
In the text box click and enter in the value you would like. The page's default is 20.
Remove Section
From the Customise Layout tab, locate the Action Plan page, then click Customise.
Within the Rankings page, click Show Settings.
Go to the Customise Sections section.
Select Remove Section.
Note: You can have up to six sections per Rankings page. If you need more section please add another Rankings page to your report.
Add Section
From the Customise Layout tab, locate the Action Plan page, then click Customise.
Within the Rankings page, click Show Settings.
Go to the Customise Sections section.
Select the +Add Section button.
Note: If your + Add Section is greyed out and will not allow you to add another section you may already have the maximum amount of section for your Rankings page, being six sections.
KPI Settings
Use these settings to show the information you would like to display for each section.
Select your KPI, Non - Financial, or Financial account using the Choose your KPI drop-down.
Enter the Title and Unit you would like to use.
Hide organisations with zero values - Select this check box to hide organisations with zero values from the report.
Sort by Value - Select whether to sort by either Ascending or Descending order.
Decimal places - Enter or use the arrows to adjust the amount of decimal places you would like to show to a maximum of 2.
Show statistics - Select this check box if you would like to show the statistics for each KPI.
Exclude zero values from calculations of statistics - Select this check box to exclude entities with zero values from the statistics calculation.
Click Update Settings to save and apply your changes
