Within your consolidation, you can use the filter options to report on individual entities, or a selection of entities. For example, you might choose to have a profit and loss page which shows values from only one organisation, or compare two or more organisations on a chart.
Note: If your organisations fall into categories - for example if you want to report on a consistent selection of organisations, such as based on location - you can set up additional category filters for this. Details are available in our separate Help Centre article.
From the Report Options Filter drop-down list, select the check boxes for the organisations you want to include on the report.
Click Apply.
If you don't want to filter the whole report, you can apply a filter to an individual page instead.
Note: This option is not available if an overall report filter has been applied.
Open the Report Filter drop-down list and select Organisation.
The report title for the page will be automatically updated to specify that the page is filtered.
To remove the filter, open the 'Report Filter' drop-down list and choose 'No Filter'
Note: To have multiple pages filtered by different organisations, you can use the Make a copy option to copy an existing page, then change the filter.
